Classical Conversations Cycle 2 - Ideas - Printables - Posters and Video Tutorial for Foundations Memory Work
This upcoming 2025-2026 school year focuses on Cycle Two: The Middle Ages through Modern History.
I am excited to share with you what I have been working on that makes our homeschool days so much easier.
I have four kiddos, and as they have gotten older, I actually find it harder to fit “all the things” in.
Last year, I knew I needed to find a way to make practicing our Memory Work easier each day.
With all that I have to teach, I need my children to be as independent as possible… with as much as possible.
I love practicing our Memory Work together each day!
However, I also need to them to practice on their own and review on their own.
I created Memory Work picture binders to help me solve this issue.
I honestly cannot believe what a game changer these were for us last year!
I knew I had to share them this year with other mamas who may be struggling.
I need visuals to truly understand and memorize concepts.
How can I expect my kiddos to master these topics if I am not mastering them as well?
Now, I don’t have to write everything out on our schoolroom board each week, we can easily review previous weeks, we connect the facts using pictures and maps…. and so much more!
Here is a video tutorial of my Cycle 2 Binder + Activities
I share my resources in both my Etsy and TpT homeschool shops!

Let’s get organized!
I spend quite a bit of time each summer getting myself organized.
Our days run so much smoother if I spend intentional time preparing for the school year.
I absolutely love THESE photo case storage boxes. 16 photo boxes come in a convenient carrying case.
I use them to organize crafts and games as well!
Shown below is my math activity binder (ages 8-12) and the math activity books (ages 4-7).
I will warn you that the activity books take quite a bit of time to setup, but if you have multiple younger kiddos… you’ll use them for years! For the binders… just print and place in page protectors!
To make activity books with moveable pieces, I used my LAMINATOR, my SWINGLINE Proclick system and THESE velcro dots.
I am sorry for the delay…. but this blog post is still in progress!
I’ll be sharing our favorite books, movies, and so much more for Cycle 2.
